Leadership Artifacts

Leadership artifact titled Seamless Return: A Roundtable Integration of Strength and Conditioning, Rehabilitation, and Sport Psychology Aspects. The artifact was delivered using an online streaming platform called “Stream Yard,” which allowed me to coordinate a multidisciplinary panel that produced a professional and streamlined presentation. The purpose of this discussion was to demonstrate how clinicians can integrate leadership into sports medicine by unifying athletic training, strength and conditioning, and sport psychology into a comprehensive return-to-play model. The leadership artifact required careful coordination and planning of well-constructed questions and dialogue, emphasizing disciplined facilitation and precise summaries of the expert contributions. This approach utilized ethical reasoning, Clifton Strengths, emotional intelligence, and the seven lenses of ethical leadership to guide decision-making and maintain clarity throughout the discussion. The high-level conversation highlighted how structure, trust, and transparent, organic communication support collaboration. This flow of dialogue resulted in an evidence-based, coherent framework for competitive readiness.
